GWCS
reserve the right to refuse projects (without giving a reason for such a refusal).
In
using the services of GWCS the CUSTOMER agrees to the following:

To not use this service for any unlawful purpose
•
To not use this service to breach any individual's or entity's
rights including copyright
GWCS agrees not to disclose
any documents to anyone outside the editorial team of Good Word.
The CUSTOMER
shall have five working days in which to return their article if not fully satisfied.
After that time GWCS takes no responsibility.
| Payment | |
The
CUSTOMER shall not withhold payment or make any deductions from the contract price.
The
edited document will be held by GWCS until payment has been secured.
The
payment is non-refundable. If, however, we consider that you have received poor
service from us we may provide a credit to you. This is at GWCS's discretion.
| Property
and Risk | |
While
GWCS will endeavour to provide the best possible service, and strive for complete
customer satisfaction, we make no guarantee that our service will be 100% perfect
or error-free. GWCS does not make any guarantees, express or implied, as to the
results obtained from the service.
GWCS takes no responsibility for the
content of a document. It is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER to check the document
to ensure that any interpretation on GWCS's part is correct.
| Limitations
on Liability | |
In
no event shall GWCS be liable for any loss of profits or business incurred by
the CUSTOMER, or poor study grades, resulting from any document that GWCS has
edited.
GWCS will not be liable for computer failure, software failure
or malfunction or any other damages or loss suffered by the CUSTOMER (whether
directly or indirectly). This shall include the result of unauthorised activity.
The CUSTOMER shall indemnify GWCS against any claim and the cost of defending
such claim.
This contract is to be governed by the substantive and procedural
laws of India and any dispute will be dealt with in the Delhi Court in India.
In
no event shall GWCS's liability, in respect of all claims for loss, misrepresentation
or omission, exceed the total paid for the service.
GWCS shall have no
liability whatsoever for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising
in any manner out of the provision of any consulting or support services by a
third party to the CUSTOMER notwithstanding that GWCS may have introduced or recommended
that third party to the CUSTOMER.
GWCS will not be liable for delay in
performing obligations or for failure to perform obligations, if delay or failure
arises from any cause beyond GWCS reasonable control.  |
